Meet Kathleen

Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, Kathleen has enjoyed being a Southern California resident since 1993. She graduated from San Diego State University with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. After a successful career selling luxury real estate in Del Mar, La Jolla, and Rancho Santa Fe, Kathleen moved to Santa Monica to get married in 2012. She joined Pardee Properties and quickly became a top producing agent and an integral part of LA's # 1 Real Estate Team. Four years later, and with her husband and new baby in tow, she returned to Rancho Santa Fe. Armed with an east coast work ethic, cutting-edge Los Angeles marketing and real estate ideas, and 18+ years of expertise, she is happy to be back to her roots and with Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty!

Her passions include spending time with family and friends including her now six year old daughter, riding horses, snowboarding, chasing around her three rescue dogs, and of course, finding her clients their dream home. She is very excited to be a part of Pacific Sotheby's International Realty.
